Hybrid vehicle is a motor vehicle that uses inner combustion motor and electric car motor. Effect of hybrid propulsion system is unattainable without high-performance on-board processor. It constantly assesses huge amount of parameters in real time.  Significant price of this valuable device is software. Programmers call it firmware.

The most important motive of producing hybrid vehicles was market demand due high oil prices and constantly rising ecologic requirements.  Better technologies and duty remissions for firms make these vehicles cheaper than conventional. Ecological safety is another huge motive. Nowadays contamination is a huge problem; it influences human health and all environments.
